A few weeks ago I heard that a controversial vote by astronomers voted Pluto out of planethood. They say Pluto is just not like the other planets. I actually can understand this, as there are many Pluto-like bodies in our Solar System and they can't all be planets. But still, I grew up with Pluto as a planet, many of us grew up with Pluto as our ninth planet, and I think it should be grandfathered in or given honorary planetary status. Save Pluto !!
The cul-de-sac I'm living in is having a little, friendly political sign war. I felt a little left out since I'm not as politically left or right minded as one would need to be to put up a political sign. So I made just two Vote for Pluto and Re-Elect Pluto signs to add to the fray.
